In 2012, more than 4,500 retired NFL players and representatives filed a class action lawsuit against the NFL seeking compensation for former players’ neurological deterioration and the recognition that is came as a result of playing NFL football.
In 2015, the suit was settled for more than $1 billion. Wes Farrell represented many of those players and continues to do so today.
